The bestselling Kegel8 Pelvic Toner range is one of the most advanced available. There are claims that they will deliver fast results in terms of toning up and repairing weakened pelvic floors, but are they really as good as Kegel claim?

There are three models in the range, the Kegel8 Tight and Tone, the Kegel8 Plus and the brand new Kegel8 Ultra. All three are similar in design. The Plus version is almost identical to the Tight and Tone, the only difference being the width of the probe, which in the plus version is wider and therefore more suitable for women who feel that their muscles are particularly slackened due to childbirth. The Ultra version has 14 programs compared with the 9 on the other models and although the control unit is updated with a better display function, all three work in similar ways.

For many years, women have been advised to carry out “kegel exercises” which are a series of tightening and releasing exercises performed on the pelvic muscles. To identify the muscles which should be tightened, women are advised to stop the flow of urine mid stream and the muscles you feel when doing this are the same muscles you need to work when exercising. Now this is all very well, but many women find that their muscles are so weak that they can barely slow down the flow of urine, let alone stop it! In addition, to have any effect, you need to perform at least 3 daily groups of 10 exercises over several weeks or months before any results will be seen.

If using the Kegel8 Tight and Tone or the Kegel8 Plus, you can begin using any of the 9 pre-set programs. If using the Kegel8 Ultra, you have a choice of 14. Find a program which feels comfortable but which you can feel working. To familiarise yourself with how the device might feel, hold it in your hand, switched on, prior to insertion. The best method of use is to alternate programs over the week as this will give a better workout. You will need to use the device twice daily on average for just a few minutes at a time.

There is no doubt that if done correctly, traditional kegel exercises will work. However, the problem is that most women find the exercises very tedious and the lack of fast, gratifying results mean that most will stop doing the kegels after just a few days. The Kegel8 Pelvic Toners claim to get over this problem by working fast and efficiently. The outstanding benefit is that you can actually sit and relax whilst the device is doing all the work-once inserted, you can sit back and watch TV, read a book or just relax.

The Kegel8 Pelvic Toners all delivery thousands of “squeezes” during each session of just a few short minutes. The average woman would struggle to do 100 in one session. This means that by using one of these toners you are effectively multiplying and magnifying the effects of the traditional kegel exercises by many hundreds, if not thousands of times.

Whether they deliver fast results is open to interpretation. When compared to the traditional tighten and squeeze exercises, there is no doubt that the Kegel8 Pelvic Toners do indeed deliver fast results. By using any of the Kegel devices, you are not going to see results after the first couple of uses, but most women report an improvement within a couple of weeks of beginning. The vast majority who persevere with the device exactly as instructed will see incontinence completely cured within 6 weeks to 6 months when using Kegel8 Pelvic Toners.

Buy Tramadol

The Pelvic floor is a significant set of muscles that play a major role in women anatomy. These muscles along with other tissues are responsible to keep the pelvic organs like the intestine, bladder and urethra in the correct body position. Muscles may be weak or injured due to any kind of pelvic surgery, radiation treatments, old age or vaginal child birth. This gives rise to pelvic floor dysfunctions, namely, pelvic organ prolapsed urinary and anal incontinence and reduced sensitivity during orgasm. Here, we can understand the importance of these muscles in proper body functioning and therefore, we need to strengthen them.

To make the Pelvic Floor Muscles fit, there are various pelvic exercises. And, to carry them out there are different kinds of pelvic exerciser available. Let us take a close look at them and see how they can help in making your pelvic muscles stronger and better .

Kegel Pelvic Tone Exerciser:

This device helps in performing exercises as designed by Arnold Kegel to build up strong pelvic muscles. It is specifically made for women to avoid incontinence after child birth. For this, one must start using it well in advance. It is in fact a progressive resistance vaginal exerciser, made up in conjunction with Kegel exercises. With regular usage, one can definitely experience a fast recovery from muscle weakness with tightening of vagina muscles. Registered as a Medical Device in the EU and approved by the FDA in the USA, its efficiency is beyond question.

Athena Fem Pelvic Tone exerciser:

This Pelvic exerciser is an advanced version with the new technology. It is a much smaller device nearly about the size of a lipstick tube. This makes it easy to insert and remove. Moreover, it does not require tubes or wires as a connection to the control device. This feature gives the users all the ease and comfort to move around while doing the prescribed workout. To add on, it has got two pulse frequencies setting. This technique turns to be highly efficient in treating stress, urge and mixed incontinence.

Femetone Pelvic Exerciser:

This is a neuromuscular stimulator that is used to stimulate the pelvic floor. This results in building up and strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles. It works on the mechanism of three built-in treatment programmes that can treat all types of incontinences. The Femelex electrode enables the squeeze and release exercises. Furthermore, its light weight and microprocessor makes its functioning more conveniently for the users.

To seek detailed information on pelvic exercisers, log on to www.pelvic-toners.co.uk

Viagra

The Femetone Pelvic Floor Stimulator is a dedicated neuromuscular stimulator specially designed to treat a weakened pelvic floor by strengthening the muscles which may have been weakened due to childbirth or the effects of aging.

The Femetone is lightweight and user friendly. It differs from other devices on the market as it uses technology known as “sequential frequency stimulation”. This means that rather than using just a single frequency, the Femetone can treat all the muscle fibres within the muscles of the vaginal wall. Sequential stimulation has the advantage of treating the muscle fibres for exactly the right amount of time by adjusting the workout frequencies appropriately during each session.

If you have tried to do your kegel exercises, you will know just how difficult it can be to do just twenty or so in one session and even then, it often feels “hit and miss” as to whether you have completed these correctly. When your vaginal muscles are weakened, it is often difficult to determine just whether you are effectively squeezing at all! The Femetone Pelvic Floor Stimulator does between 180 and 450 squeeze and release exercises in just one short session.

The device consists of a handheld device together with an attached probe. It has three built in programmes which can treat stress, mixed and urge incontinence. The probe is similar to a tampon, and just as easy to insert. The different intensity levels mean that you can build up through the various levels as your muscles strengthen and you regain the control which you once had in your pelvic floor muscles.

The Femetone Pelvic Floor Stimulator can not only treat incontinence, but has the added advantage of improving intimate sensations, thus restoring self esteem.

There is no doubt at all that using a pelvic exercise device gives much better results that trying to perform kegel exercises manually. If you are trying to improve your pelvic muscle tone and would like to see the Femetone Pelvic Floor Stimulator, please visit my website Pelvic Floor Toners where you will find the Femetone at a discounted price, together with a wide range of other toning devices.

pelvic-pain

I bought the Athena Pelvic Muscle Trainer as I had a weakened pelvic floor caused by having 3 children naturally (one was a particularly difficult and long birth). My own symptoms included mild incontinence and slackened vaginal muscles.

I found it all pretty embarrassing really. Like most of us, I really did try to do the Kegel exercises but they just seemed so tedious and there was always something else to think about. Also, I never really knew if I was doing them right. There were that many \”do\’s and don\’ts\” and plenty of information about the fact that if you were doing them incorrectly, they wouldn\’t do any good at all.

After the birth of my first child 20 years ago, I didn\’t really seem much different \”down there\”. I had an episiotomy and the birth was long and traumatic. After my second child was born, I noticed that I\’d started to leak urine a little. This would happen during exercise, for which I started to wear a thin panty pad, and I also noticed that if my bladder was really full, I couldn\’t quite make it to the bathroom without leaking a little.

I mentioned it to the nurse when I went for a smear test and I received a sheet detailing the Kegel exercises. I could never really get the sensation of tightening up properly although I really did try to include them in my daily routine. For example, I tried to make a point of doing them in the car on my way to work and on a night, when I laid down in bed, I would try to do a few. It was only after the birth of my third child when things became really bad that I considered having a repair operation.

It had got to the point that I was constantly wearing a sanitary pad to soak up the leakage. I couldn\’t do any exercise at all without being soaked and I\’d noticed that when I wore tampons, they seemed to fall out of place and were often close to the entrance of my vagina even though they had been inserted correctly. I subsequently found out that I was suffering from mild prolapse symptoms.

I was watching GMTV one morning and Doctor Hilary Jones mentioned the Athena Pelvic Muscle Trainer. I thought it looked interesting, but I hadn\’t heard the full segment and didn\’t think about it again until I heard Chris Steele from This Morning recommend it, saying it was a foolproof way to do Kegels. He said that over 42% of women under 50 suffered from mild to moderate incontinence and that most would not discuss it with partners or even their GP\’s. I decided to take the plunge and give it a go. This was my last chance to do something before repair surgery.

I used the Athena twice a day for 15 minutes each time. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed that things seemed \”tighter\”. Within a month, there was a real difference in the amount of urine leakage and I would say that after around 12 weeks, I was completely dry. To me it was like a minor miracle! After years of suffering in silence and feeling like an old woman, I was suddenly \”cured\”. I found it totally foolproof.

The Athena Pelvic Muscle Trainer is wireless and that is what convinced me to try it over other pelvic toners. It\’s only the size of a tampon, so I found it really easy to use. I got into the habit of using it whilst eating my breakfast and then during the evening whilst watching TV, so it never interfered with my routine. I still use it, as in Doctor Chris Steele\’s words \”Use it or lose it\”-meaning that like any muscle, it is best to exercise it regularly. I use it just a couple of times a week now.

Pelvic floor exercisers have revolutionized the way we do Kegel exercises and give many more women the chance to rid themselves of urinary incontinence. There is no doubt that the Athena Pelvic Muscle Trainer is the cream of the crop. Whilst it may be slightly more expensive than other devices, it\’s features are far superior and having read through many surveys from women who have used various devices, each and every one who has used the Athena agrees that it represents good, very good, or excellent value for money. If this problem has plagued you for months or years, the steps you take today could ensure that you eliminate pelvic floor weakness for good. If you would like to see where you can buy this product in the UK at a consistently competitive VAT Free price, please visit Athena Pelvic Muscle Trainer

To Read another article on the Athena, visit Is The Athena Pelvic Muscle Trainer better than the alternatives?

.

Fioricet, Tramadol, Ultracet at the cheapest prices

The Kegel8 range of pelvic toners is building up a solid reputation not only amongst women themselves, but with health professionals who are increasingly choosing to recommend and use them in their incontinence clinics.

It doesn’t seem that long ago since Kegel brought out the Kegel8 Ultra but they have already surpassed this excellent product by bringing out the Kegel8 Ultra Plus.

The device consists of two main parts. A handheld digital device which can be programmed to treat both stress and mixed incontinence simultaneously, and a vaginal probe. Well actually, that’s not quite right! What sets the Ultra Plus apart from the other models in the range is the fact that it comes ready supplied with two probes.

Normally, you can buy the Kegel models with a standard or wider probe. The wider probe being more suitable for those women who have given birth vaginally, or for those who simply feel that their pelvic floor muscles are particularly slack. If at any time you required a different sized probe you would have had to buy one separately.

Now although you may be thinking “Why would I need 2 probes?” The answer is that many women who start off with the wider probe find that after a few weeks use, the vagina has tightened enough to only require the smaller probe and that the larger one may have become uncomfortable. Normally, buying the second probe can prove costly, but with the Kegel8 Ultra Plus, the difference in cost between buying the standard Ultra and the Ultra Plus is minimal.

The device is very easy to use and each session of use lasts just a few minutes. It is recommended that you use the Kegel8 devices twice a day until your vaginal muscles have tightened satisfactorily and then just a few times a week for maintenance.

The benefits of using pelvic toners above trying to do manual kegel exercises is that you are not left wondering whether you are performing the exercises correctly. Many women simply “give up” because many find the exercises tedious whereas with a Kegel8 pelvic toner, you are guaranteed to be exercising the correct muscles in the correct way, meaning that you will see quick results. Additionally, some women have such poor vaginal muscle tone that they simply cannot feel whether they are “squeezing” their muscles at all.

To give you an idea of the efficiency of the Kegel8 Ultra Plus, this device delivers the equivalent of doing 10,000 manual pelvic floor “squeezes” in just 10 minutes-imagine how long it would take to do that many!

This Kegel8 device is clearly a step up from the existing models within the Kegel8 range. Although the other devices continue to give excellent results, both Ultra models are completely programmable, with 14 different levels. To see the full Kegel8 range of toners and for more information on toning your pelvic floor, please see Kegel8 Ultra Plus

.

Buy Tramadol
