I bought the Athena Pelvic Muscle Trainer as I had a weakened pelvic floor caused by having 3 children naturally (one was a particularly difficult and long birth). My own symptoms included mild incontinence and slackened vaginal muscles.

I found it all pretty embarrassing really. Like most of us, I really did try to do the Kegel exercises but they just seemed so tedious and there was always something else to think about.
